I have been researching Joseph Cornel's work and I adore his boxes that reflect a sense of nostalgia within a child-like persona, in response I decided to categorise some of my personal collections using Perler Beads. Here is my first collection of pottery designs produced in response to a brief entitled 'All About Me'. The designs are based on my random collection of crockery and my adoration for design from the 1950's. Furthermore, I thoroughly enjoy baking a good cake and complimenting the slice with a cup of tea, so this was a perfect excuse to make a new tea set.
